Come work alongside 120 national and local presenters, such as Jackie Kops, Mary Amoson, Hilary Statum, Katie Mense, Adam Peterson, Greg Smedley-Warren, Deedee Wills, and many more.
We are seeking dynamic sessions that offer fresh ideas, practical strategies, and engaging practices. Whether you specialize in literacy, math, STEM, multilingual, special education, art, classroom management, SEL, Tech, or another essential subject, we encourage you to share your expertise!
We need a wide range of topics, not just what is listed above.
Submit a proposal based on your passion and experience!
Follow these easy steps to submit:
1. Click Submit a proposal at the bottom of this page. This link will take you to the RFP submission form.
2. Once the form is complete, submit a one-page outline to [email protected] by June 30, 2026. Only proposals with summaries and outlines will be considered.

Suggestions for planning and improving your session
- Include practical ideas for the classroom
- Add hands-on activities
- Make the session an interactive presentation to involve participants
- Include time for questions/discussion
- Ensure your material is specific to the grade level(s) listed on your application
- 60 minutes of information/ideas/material to share
- If you include Pre-K through 2nd grade in your presentation, give specific examples of how the information can be differentiated from 2nd to Pre-K and Pre-K to 2nd.
What are the perks of being a Concurrent Presenter?
- Accepting your proposal entitles you and your co-presenter/s to a FREE two-day registration fee for Thursday, March 4, and Friday, March 5. Each Speaker team is allowed 2 free registrations.
- As a current presenter, you and your co-presenters will receive Yummy Coupons (meal tickets) and free registration to the conference.
